Responsibilities

Participate in Business Requirements reviews and work with systems analysts/developers to fully test application changes.

Understand the functional specification and scope of releases to design robust testing harness to ensure quality delivery.

Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required data from a multi-database environment (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required).

Apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems.

Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product specifics and create corresponding test strategies.

Execute manual testing on frontend (UI) and backend (API) systems.

Develop and maintain testing suites for a large-scale Salesforce environment.

Responsible for front-end and back-end testing for applications based on the Salesforce platform.

Required

Detailed knowledge of Salesforce applications and Client applications.

3+ years of relevant testing experience with strong background in Software QA with cloud technologies to include 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.

2+ years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing.

Experience in automated and manual testing in Cloud environment, particularly for AI/Client applications.

1+ years of experience with BDD/ Selenium and any automation tools.

Experience using and sharing knowledge of Agile team collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology.

Bachelor degree. Technical degree required.
