Responsibilities

With guidance from Support Operations Engineering and the Director of Support Operations, create data workflows and visualizations to analyze and predict client and KPI trends.

Identify revenue and cost-saving opportunities through systematic data analysis.

Work with stakeholders to streamline and automate existing data workflows.

Ingest and programmatically analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, Zendesk, Skilljar, Certinia, and others.

Work within organization and cross-functionality to establish and adhere to Data Governance strategy and best-practices.

Visualize data using Power BI.

Establish technical and business validation rules to cleanse data.

Perform other duties as assigned.
