Responsibilities
Collaborate with vendor partners to obtain quotations for licensing renewals and ensure timely renewal of customer subscriptions.
Prepare proposals for licensing renewals and software upgrades, working closely with the sales team to meet customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of licensing expiration dates and coordinate renewal proposals well in advance.
Utilize internal tools to track customer activity and project status, ensuring smooth operations and proactive communication.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong understanding of the systems and services provided.
Uphold commitment to excellence through strong organizational and communication skills.

Required
