Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software, using automated scripts to identify and resolve issues.
Design, implement, and execute high-quality automated test scripts for our software solutions tailored to benefits and HR management systems.
Leverage scripting processes to automate testing and enhance software quality.
Enhance new and existing applications by identifying, troubleshooting, and documenting issues using automated testing scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software aligns with market demands and business objectives, using automated testing to streamline the development process.
Continuously update and maintain automated testing scripts to reflect changes in product specifications and business requirements.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software test role with a focus on automation.
Proficiency in Transact-SQL (T-SQL for SQL Server) and API development/testing tools such as Postman.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen sense of urgency.
Ability to understand the impact of changes in business processes on technical requirements and make necessary adjustments in applications.
Passion for a rapidly changing environment and respond effectively to shifting market demands.
High level of accuracy, dependability, and follow-through.
Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS), Git repositories, and Agile methodologies.
Proven experience in testing APIs for system integration and enhancement.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services offerings such as AWS Lambda, Amazon Bedrock, and Lex.
Prior experience testing a chatbot/live chat product.
