Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios. Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in testing activities.
Analyze test results and operational issues to identify defects and report them through a structured defect tracking process.
Regularly communicate testing progress, issues, and potential risks through written and verbal updates to management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to review and analyze business and system requirements for systems and modules.
Develop and maintain expertise in testing tools, methodologies, and processes. Expand knowledge of corporate policies, product benefits, and departmental procedures.
Participate in project meetings such as peer reviews, walkthroughs, and status updates to ensure alignment and progress.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and verify the completion of customer requests.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in functional analysis and testing within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficient in creating test plans, cases, and scenarios.
Experience mapping requirements to test plans and test cases.
Advanced knowledge of relational database management systems (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL).
Expertise in Back End Testing, specifically with ETL processes.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira for test case repository and defect tracking.
Proficiency in automation test case development, particularly using Java and Jenkins.
Experience with MongoDB.
Preferred
In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders.
