Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential residential and commercial solar customers through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and online lead generation.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and presentations to educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and energy independence.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solar energy systems.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, industry partners, and community organizations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to solar energy.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
