Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving goals/metrics.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and sharing best practices within the sales team.

Required
Motivated and knowledgeable about solar energy solutions
Ability to educate potential customers about solar energy solutions
Experience in energy sales and customer service
Ability to engage with potential customers to promote solar energy solutions
Ability to call prospects, overcome objections, and ask questions to gain necessary information
Ability to conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions
Ability to manage warm/cold leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate customer records

Preferred
Experience in sales preferably within the solar industry
Strong understanding of solar technology and its benefits for residential and commercial customers
Excellent negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM software is highly desirable
