Responsibilities
Create solar designs using Nearmaps satellite imaging
Correspond quickly and clearly to sales reps
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, etc.
Be courteous and show decorum to all sales reps and customers
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Understand sales rep proposal details
Build custom proposals for interested homeowners
Quickly edit proposals at the request of reps
Send out and review contracts
Qualify interested home-owners and schedule an appointment
Help answer/find solutions for sales reps
Data entry for customers who choose to purchase the solar systems

Multi-tasking ability greatly valued
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to adapt and change in real-time
Above average computer knowledge
Type at least 45 words per minute
Be able to read and understand utility bills including Cost per kWh, Rate plans, and TOU (Time Of Use)
Communicate clearly and accurately to sales reps and co-workers
Solar/Renewable energy experience is highly preferred
Must be willing to have a background check and drug test prior to hire
Must be willing to comply with random drug testing and company policies
