Responsibilities
Prepare all technical inputs for the project financial model, such as performance estimations, EPC capital costs, operating and maintenance charges, and operational capital expenditures.
Develop all technical inputs and support field walk requirements in support of a project’s construction.
Conduct technical evaluations of several OEMs, engage with the AP construction team and make suggestions to the Project Manager on the technologies to be used for the project.
Provide general support to the Construction Manager for all technical difficulties that emerge throughout the construction phase of a project.
Assist the Director of Solar Construction and the SVP of Engineering and Construction in the development of all technical contracts.
Assist the Permitting Manager with technical support for the essential project permits.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify all feasible solutions for project infrastructure.

Required
Bachelor of Science in engineering from a recognized institution
3+ years of experience with the development and design of large-scale solar plants
Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person
Preferred
Houston/Boston locations preferred with hybrid working available – reach out for more details
