SOLIDWORKS Training and Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Field technical support phone calls and emails and provide resolutions to client issues
Maintain CRM with latest client facing activities
Create technical content (blogs, YouTube videos, etc.) to promote successful education or aid in technical troubleshooting
Engage in technical communities and user groups surrounding partner solutions
Develop and maintain training curriculum and content
Execute scheduling, attendance management, and other administrative tasks necessary for training courses
Be a SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE Works expert to discuss and educate on the products internally and externally
Lead live client-facing training sessions
Keep internal and external teams up to date on latest product updates
Continuous development with training and certifications

Required
Strong problem solving skills
High emotional intelligence and empathy to understand client point of view
Excellent communication and customer service skills
2+ Years of SOLIDWORKS experience
Experience with SOLIDWORKS PDM or alternative data management/lifecycle management systems
Ability to work on/manage multiple tasks and long term projects both individually and as a team
Preferred
1+ years of 3DEXPERIENCE experience
Manufacturing or automation industry experience
FEA/CFD experience
Electrical schematic experience
