Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to define unique campaign strategies and customer journeys
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms, including newer capabilities and best practices
Implement email marketing best practices and IP warming techniques
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Sales and Service Clouds using MC Connector
Develop data strategies aligned with client objectives for effective marketing campaigns
Utilize Customer Data Platforms for real-time communications and segment building
Support B2B/B2C clients with lead management and account-based marketing techniques
Implement website/ecommerce personalization capabilities
Create custom reports, conduct channel reporting, and optimize campaigns
Administer tasks in Marketing Cloud such as building email and SMS journeys, automations, and data extensions

Required

Minimum 5 years of consulting experience within Salesforce ecosystem, specializing in Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud

Strong understanding of data integration from standard and custom sources
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications and willingness to attain new certifications as needed

Experience with MC Personalization, Data Cloud, and Tableau
