Required
Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing modern application development platforms using VMware Tanzu Platform
Proficiency in Tanzu, Kubernetes, and vSphere technologies
Ability to work closely with development teams to understand their needs and requirements
Experience in providing technical guidance and support throughout the development process
Proven track record in developing and maintaining best practices for using Tanzu software
Preferred
7+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or related fields
Demonstrated leadership and management experience
Relevant certifications, such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
