Responsibilities
Help with solution design, validations, and ensure new solutions are implemented correctly.
Work closely with a System Implementer and Enterprise Architect.
Assist with lower-level solution design tasks.

Required
8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect
Experience with HCM implementations, specifically going from PeopleSoft to Workday
Experience with solution design and validations
Experience working with several different teams
Must have excellent communication skills
Experience in a retail environment
Preferred
Experience with hands on coding, preferably Java
