Responsibilities

Define Technical Implementation Scope Conduct initial pre-sale discovery workshops to understand a customer’s current state and define a clear scope for the future state. Write statements of work to outline implementation scope, logical sequence, timeline, dependencies and effort.

Elicit Business Requirements & Success Criteria Design workshop material and agendas necessary to capture functional and technical requirements to deliver on the defined project scope. Facilitate onsite and remote workshops required to elicit and document business requirements and success criteria. Provide customers with product demos as required to guide workshops. Define best practices and influence customers to adopt best practices through business process redesign.

Design Technical Specifications & Test Plans Convert workshop output to epics and user stories with the appropriate level of technical specification and success criteria. Obtain story, technical design, and success criteria approval from the customer. Develop standard functional workflow and technical specifications for all integrations. Handoff and provide direction to development resources to convert designs into functional software. Conduct initial unit testing and provide customers with end of sprint progress demos. Create end-to-end user acceptance test (UAT) plans, facilitate UAT, triage UAT outcomes and develop appropriate remediation / action plans. Provide customers with onsite and remote go-live and post go-live hypercare support.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering Partner with Product to understand and document configuration requirements and sequence. Be the conduit for customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams with priority and solution recommendations. Provide support to Product on the design and build of new integrations.

Required

Prior experience as a Solution Architect owning the end-to-end functional and technical solution design and development from scoping through to delivery

Ability to manage stakeholders and conduct and facilitate customer workshops

Knowledge and experience in working with HTM departments to solve and transform business processes with technology

Willing and able to travel 50-75% of the time

Provide customers with an incredible world-class experience

Preferred

Preferred experience designing integrations across a diverse set of applications including the following ERP, CMMS, RTLS, remote monitoring, and knowledge management tools
