Develop and execute a transformation plan for end-user computing

Implement modern solutions, manage Windows & Apple Macs securely

Enhance user experience across apps with identity management, cybersecurity, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication

Manage R&D on emerging tech, optimize helpdesk & support processes

Train and use AI-based tools for user support

10 years’ endpoint and Microsoft technologies experience

Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and Mac & Windows environments

Must hold the following Microsoft Certifications: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, Enterprise Administrator, Security/Compliance/Identity Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, and Enterprise Administrator Expert, Exchange Server Expert, Identity and Access Administrator, Active Directory Administrator Expert
