Responsibilities
Gaining an understanding of customer requirements and their impact on the technical direction of a solution.
Analyzes a chain of events and applies technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.
Successfully troubleshoots most application problems independently.
Operates effectively as part of a larger team and in managing own work.
Is assigned tasks of greater duration and complexity.
Forms productive relationships with internal customers by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
Respond to user problems, explain new technologies, and present deliverables.
Cooperates with and works effectively with AHIS colleagues.
Responsible for writing fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner, adhering to standards.
Shares knowledge effectively within the work team.
May choose an approach or procedure for addressing a work task, under guidance.
Receives general direction, work in progress is reviewed routinely.
Helps collect and define business requirements
Generates code
Generates reports
Identifies and analyzes problems
Tests and debugs code

Required
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Typically requires 2 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent.
