Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of strategies to grow OCP’s channel programs.
Support OCP members with Solution Provider Program details, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.
Help expand the program to new members across supply chain sectors, including systems integrators, ODMs, and component manufacturers.
Manage the OCP Marketplace by editing, updating, and adding product listings to keep it up-to-date and relevant.
Work closely with the VP of Emerging Markets to ensure the Marketplace provides value to OCP members and aligns with strategic goals.
Enhance the user experience by ensuring smooth functionality and accessibility for members.
Engage with global members to understand their needs and identify opportunities for expanding their involvement in OCP.
Support and advise members on how to maximize their participation in OCP’s Solution Provider Program.
Assist in expanding the Solution Provider Program by onboarding new members and increasing visibility of the program globally.
Support initiatives to promote the program to resellers and system integrators to broaden market reach.
Coordination and contribute to activities around OCP Experience Centers, ensuring they continue to provide value for members and showcase cutting-edge OCP technologies.
Collaborate with OCP team members to develop strategies for increasing the engagement and participation of members in these centers.
Build and influence relationships with key stakeholders in the hardware ecosystem, IT vendor landscape, and open-source communities to strengthen OCP’s partner network.
Leverage influence (without direct control) to foster collaboration and strategic partnerships that enhance member engagement and expand OCP’s global reach.
Assist in providing input on strategies to support Solution Providers in bringing OCP designs to broader markets, ensuring scalability and growth of the program.

Required
5-7 years of professional experience
Strong operational and program execution experience
Eagerness to develop business acumen and ability to conduct executive level discussions
Familiarity and passion for the data center hardware ecosystem, IT vendor landscape, and open-source communities
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Effective use of IT tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI and Google Business Apps
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with global teams
Strong understanding of the supply chain
