Responsibilities

Work Management sales leader for the AMER Solution Sales Executive (SSE) team

Hire and grow top performing SSEs with a center of excellence contribution to strategic emerging motions including Jira, Confluence, and Loom cloud expansion

Partner with WM marketing, product, and enablement on customer feedback and market themes

Testing and feedback loops with the team on strategic emerging motions like Teamwork Foundations

Close partnership with EDR leadership and Analytics for top of funnel pipeline health, along with pipe gen accountability for the overlay sales team

Experience leading a sales team in a technology company
