Responsibilities

Leading the creation and adoption of new Extensibility solutions to help customers meet their business objectives.

Becoming a guru in various tools and technologies offered by Ellucian and commonly used industry tools to provide technical expertise for software development problem-solving.

Participating in client sessions to identify customer requirements and develop intelligent architectures using appropriate tools and techniques.

Building and enhancing CI/CD processes to improve software development practices and providing governance for delivery standards.

Developing new innovative services to enhance customer business efficiencies.

Collaborating with the Services team to develop and improve strategies, policies, and processes, and promote the use of new delivery methodologies and best practices.

Driving outcomes-based delivery for customers pursuing SaaS by determining the most appropriate SaaS extensibility mix.

Supporting project management teams in decision-making for successful client delivery.

Developing materials and artifacts to support new Ellucian technologies, including customer-facing solution architectures, implementation guides, and presentations.

Mentoring new delivery team members on delivery practices.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of Ellucian's global architecture repository and facilitating information gathering sessions.

Recognizing and mitigating risks associated with new client delivery methodology.

Balancing strategic and tactical considerations with a focus on established goals and milestones.

Facilitating continuous improvement of Ellucian's global architecture repository.

Facilitating information gathering sessions followed by the composition of a summary of findings and related deliverables.

Required

7+ years of broad Ellucian solution delivery at Higher Education institutions in the U.S.

In-depth knowledge of the Ellucian ERP delivery practice with a demonstrated understanding of the role the ERP plays in the broader Ellucian solution landscape.

Expert in modern technologies like ReactJS, NodeJS, and Integration tools, and technologies

Strong software architecture experience.

Positive, self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability and desire to innovate, create, and develop delivery methodologies that have the capability of transforming the effectiveness of higher education.

Exceptional relationship building skills supported by proven action and follow-through using strong time and project management skills.

Superior interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration.

Preferred

Experience with Ellucian products is a plus.

Current working knowledge of Ellucian extensibility tools is a plus.
