Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and demonstrate how solutions can meet those needs effectively.

Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements to design and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.

Work closely with sales, product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements and develop proof of concepts.

Assist in the deployment and integration of solutions, providing technical guidance and support during the implementation process.

Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the pre-sales and post sales phases, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions designs, technical specification and implementation processes.

Understand industry trends, product developments and emerging technologies to effectively address customer needs and enhance solutions offerings.

Work closely with innovation team to find unique features and capabilities to drive IP content within solutions portfolio.

Proven experience of designing and implementing scalable solutions in complex environments.

Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
