Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Maintain expertise in IoT and Mobility technologies and industry trends.

Facilitate discovery and design meetings, gather customer requirements, and convey technical information effectively.

Responsible for solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems.

Lead technical engagement with vendors, present solution proposals, and provide product training to customers and partners.

Required

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience architecting / designing / supporting production-quality carrier / enterprise class, IoT and advanced mobility systems

Experience with IoT platforms and devices, middleware, device management, and related IoT/M2M/SCADA technologies

Experience with mobility platforms and devices, middleware, device management and related enterprise mobility management technologies

Experience with network technologies (NFC / PAN / WAN), including terrestrial (IP-based), satellite, cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, and low power (LPWAN)

Expert level knowledge of TCP/IP networking and CIDR subnetting from the host system perspective is required

Expert level IPv4 & IPv6 experience required

IP filtering and firewalls

Expert level experience with a variety of wireless technologies such as CDMA, 4G / 5G LTE, VoIP, GSM, CBRS, and Stand-Alone LTE Networks

Experience with IoT, mobility, cyber security technologies, and vendors

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrates our core competencies of customer focus, integrity, initiative, innovation, collaboration and results orientation

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management (or other related technology degree) or equivalent field experience

Six or more years of relevant work experience
