Responsibilities
Leading the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and robust cloud solutions on AWS.
Driving system and application migrations to AWS, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.

Contributing to platform engineering initiatives, focusing on Kubernetes (K8s) and related tools.
Providing architectural oversight for major projects, especially involving integration or consolidation of technology stacks.
Translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability using modern cloud and platform engineering techniques.
Championing decentralized architecture while aligning with overarching principles.
Mentoring engineering teams to foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Staying current with trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, platform engineering, and eCommerce.

Required
At least 3 years of experience in an Architecture role.
Proven expertise as a Solutions Architect with a focus on AWS.
A strong background in eCommerce, transactional, or real-time systems.
Hands-on engineering experience, with knowledge of .NET and React as a bonus.
Experience leading cloud migration projects, particularly from on-premises or other clouds to AWS.
Proficiency with Kubernetes (K8s) and modern platform engineering practices.
Familiarity with tools like Kong API Gateway, Grafana, Dynatrace, and others in the cloud ecosystem.
Experience with consolidation projects involving the integration of different technology stacks.
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.
Expertise in architectural best practices and design patterns, applying them in practical scenarios.
Leadership and mentoring skills to inspire high-performance technical teams.
Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies, thriving in fast-paced environments.
