Responsibilities

Developing architecture diagrams and integration checklists

Integrating the platform with both inbound customer data sources and outbound workflow integrations

Providing enablement and knowledge transfer to customer personnel

Tracking progress and regularly communicate to internal and external stakeholders

Stepping through anomalies/failures and provide expert guidance to resolution

Required

Have a Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (or equivalent certifications)

Have 6+ years experience in a technical capacity as a vendor for large enterprises

Have prior experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer facing role

Have 2+ years experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as Kubernetes, Docker, Balancing, NGINX

Have a clear understanding of web-based and network protocols (REST over HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)

Have prior experience with API development, technologies and infrastructure, container technologies, API Gateways and WAF
