Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Solutioning: Lead client discovery sessions to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that align with client goals and Phil’s capabilities.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, breaking down tasks and guiding the team through each phase for efficient execution.
Team Leadership: Lead the Solutions Architecture team with focus on developing processes and frameworks for client implementations, product updates, and ongoing modifications.
Engineering Collaboration & Execution: Collaborate with engineering teams to drive and implement client changes, ensuring timely delivery, technical alignment, and smooth execution.
Client Onboarding & Launch: Oversee the implementation of new clients onto the platform, ensuring seamless onboarding and successful launches through careful planning and internal & external coordination.
Stakeholder Communication: Set clear expectations, provide regular updates, and promptly address concerns with all stakeholders.
Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential issues early, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on course.
Outcome Monitoring: Track and evaluate project outcomes to ensure they meet client expectations and drive improvements for future projects.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine processes for greater efficiency and sustainability.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or similar
7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, product development, product management, or a similar role.
Minimum 3 years experience leading teams
Proven expertise in managing complex, technology-driven change initiatives within a structured project management framework.
Strong technical background with experience building software using Agile/Scrum methodologies and working directly with engineering teams.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate internal teams, with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and effective messages to a variety of stakeholders with a bias towards documentation.
High degree of initiative and ability to work independently to achieve outcomes, demonstrating a high-agency, results-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, capable of balancing precision with productivity.
Preferred
Experience in highly regulated or complex environments is a plus. (Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, etc)
