Responsibilities

Act as a trusted go-to advisor for key clients and partners. Understand the client’s needs and drive Rhino’s adoption and success.

Collaborate with clients and partners to understand their application needs and translate requirements into actionable solutions. This involves using the rhino.ai platform to ingest legacy code, diagrams, and documents into the rhino.ai UAN specification.

Design, architect, and implement application solutions using the rhino.ai platform, ensuring alignment with client goals. This involves using the rhino.ai platform and our AI agent to re-engineer and modernize the application(s).

Lead migrations from legacy applications to modern low-code platforms, including ServiceNow, Appian, Outsystems, and others. This involves using the rhino.ai platform to build the “starter app” that can be deployed to the target system.

Provide Rhino technical expertise to clients and partners on best practices in coding, testing, and deployment for both new applications and legacy migrations.

Assist with defining system scope and objectives, creating detailed specifications, and documenting application builds.

Assist in creating technical documentation, training materials, and presentations to support customer success.
