Required
5+ years of experience as a Case Coordinator, HR Manager, or similar role in home care or adult daycare settings.
Strong understanding of care operations, including scheduling, compliance, billing, and HR.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients.
Passion for technology and improving the care industry through innovation.
Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.
