Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and identify suitable solutions from our portfolio.
Discovery: Conduct deep level discovery workshops to gather customer requirements, outcomes and support a value led sales process.
Tailored Demonstrations: Deliver highly engaging, tailored demonstrations and presentations, centered on customer value and outcomes, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of EcoOnline’s solutions.
Bid Team Support: Assist the bid team in responding to PQQs, RFPs and RFIs with relevant solution information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, effective deal closures, pipeline generation and solution insights.
Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
Video Content Skills: Design, creation and refinement of video content used in our demo automation platform.
Professional Skills Exemplar: Act as an expert on the ‘science of solutions consulting’, supporting a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.
Independent expert: Ability to work, independently, on the largest and most complex deals and customer accounts.

Required
3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role, ideally within the EHS, compliance, or enterprise software space.
In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance standards, and how software can streamline these processes for businesses.
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and client success.
Strong and demonstrable track record of success in achieving defined revenue targets.
Comfortable and experienced in dealing with senior or C-suite stakeholders.
Ability to travel where relevant (visiting potential clients, internal/external events etc.)
