Responsibilities

Own pre-sales technical support from initial contact through product demonstration and close

Collaborate with the sales team to address prospects' technical challenges and close new business

Enable Account Executives for success through training and support to become Procore experts

Master Procore's product offerings, business model, and emerging technologies

Communicate with team members through various channels for mentoring and collaboration

Collaborate with all levels of the organization to develop best practices, connect clients with Product Managers and Marketing, and drive client success

Required

Experience in a project administration or management role within the construction industry including: Director of Information Systems and Technology, IT Solutions Manager, Sr. Information Security Manager.

Must be technology evangelists and promoters of modernizing the Construction industry

Proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives

Understanding of complex web and mobile applications utilized for documentation management, project management, or similar

Understanding and or strong interest of developing working knowledge of enterprise technology environments including storage, database, data warehousing, data integration, data analytics, and security

Preferred
