Responsibilities
Take the lead on Salesforce configuration, customization, and development initiatives, including Apex development when needed.
You'll be responsible for architecting and managing complex API integrations across our enterprise platforms, including HubSpot, BigCommerce, and Sage Intacct.
Working closely with both internal and external development teams, you'll collaborate on API specifications and integration requirements while supporting data management activities through careful requirements gathering and validation.
Execution on project management activities for assigned initiatives under leadership guidance, coordinating application support activities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be crucial as you support these relationships.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation that aligns with our change management processes.
Your analytical skills will be put to use gathering and documenting business requirements, which you'll translate into clear functional specifications.
You'll develop and maintain reporting requirements in partnership with stakeholders, while creating and maintaining end-user documentation and training materials.
As a trusted advisor, you'll provide consulting support for organizational initiatives and review functional requirements and code from both internal and external sources.
You'll design and implement comprehensive test plans and quality assurance processes, leading user acceptance testing efforts for assigned initiatives.
Ensuring quality standards are met across both front-end and back-end components, as well as validating test results and managing defect resolution, and coordinating testing activities to ensure smooth deployments.
In the analytics space, you'll support data management and analytics implementations, working with SQL and SSRS to create and maintain reports.
You'll collaborate with leadership on analytics implementations, develop and optimize reporting solutions, and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices will be essential as you evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies.
You'll apply AI concepts appropriately within our enterprise environment, identify opportunities for process automation and improvement, and contribute to our technical strategy and roadmap planning.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field highly desired, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of technical experience in system design and production support.
Strong background in Salesforce administration and development (certifications preferred).
Proven project management experience leading technical initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and maintenance.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while managing stakeholder expectations.
Proven experience with Salesforce administration and development, including customization, configuration, and Apex development.
Strong understanding of API integrations and enterprise architecture principles, with hands-on experience implementing and maintaining multiple system integrations.
Comprehensive knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) with demonstrated ability to create and optimize complex queries and reports.
Experience with data management and analytics implementations in an enterprise environment.
Understanding of emerging technologies including AI and Microsoft Fabric, with the ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate technical solutions for business challenges.
