Responsibilities
Guide Evaluation Processes: Partner with Account Executives to guide agencies through evaluating Bluehost’s WordPress hosting solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
Lead Discovery Sessions: Conduct deep-dive discovery with agencies to understand their goals, challenges, and how Bluehost’s offerings—WordPress, Cloud, VPS, and Dedicated servers—can address them.
Performance and Security Optimization: Consult agencies on caching, CDN, SSL, and security best practices to ensure fast, reliable, and secure WordPress site operations.
Deliver Compelling Demonstrations: Present tailored product demos showcasing how Bluehost’s WordPress hosting can address scalability, e-commerce, and multisite needs.
Troubleshooting and Technical Consulting: Provide expertise in resolving WordPress-specific technical issues related to performance, migrations, and plugin conflicts.
WordPress Community Insight: Stay up to date with the WordPress community and core updates to advise agencies on how to leverage the latest trends and tools.
Tailored Solutions: Work with agencies to implement WordPress hosting solutions that meet specific needs, such as WooCommerce for e-commerce sites or managing multiple sites for clients.

Required
4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, ideally within the hosting, SaaS, or web development space.
Expertise in WordPress and hosting solutions such as Cloud, VPS, and Dedicated servers.
You have a consultative mindset and can build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to help them solve their challenges.
You excel at translating technical features into business value, creating compelling stories that resonate with agency customers.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, making complex concepts accessible and engaging.
Eagerness to collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to continuously improve our offerings.
You’re passionate about empowering agencies to succeed with the best hosting solutions on the market.
