Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ERP systems (Ellucian Banner, Workday) and other enterprise applications using Ethos, iPaaS tools, and other middleware solutions

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and data flow issues to ensure system performance, accuracy, and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional leads, developers, and stakeholders) to understand business requirements, identify integration needs, and provide effective technical solutions

Develop APIs, workflows, and automation scripts to support system interoperability and improve process efficiency

Provide expertise in integration architecture, identity management, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and performance

Assist with documenting integration processes, technical designs, and workflows to create a reliable knowledge base for future support

Support testing, validation, and deployment efforts to ensure integrations meet functional and technical requirements

Partner with vendors, such as Ellucian, to coordinate solutions and address system challenges

Proactively monitor systems and integrations to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations

Serve as a key resource for enterprise systems initiatives, including ERP optimization, SaaS and iPaaS solutions, and other enterprise integrations

Ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid IT workforce and duties as assigned

Required

Extensive experience with ERP systems—specifically Ellucian Banner and/or Workday

Proven track record of delivering robust system integrations

Expertise in enterprise application integration, APIs, and middleware

Experience using tools like Ellucian Ethos, iPaaS platforms, or similar technologies
