Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical consultation for the design and implementation of sophisticated products, applications, and solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams, vendors, and industry partners in assessing potential application of our products, ensuring that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers.
Develop and execute technical sales plans and proposals (RFP, RFQ) to grow Exclusive’s business in a driven and opportunity-filled sales environment.
Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with customer IT decision-makers and industry partner community.
Deliver training and support to our industry partners and customer engineers.
Continuously learn and stay ahead of the industry and competitive solutions, products, and services.

Required

Familiarity of TCP/IP networking and some hands-on experience
A bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, and related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Firewall, Switches, WiFi, and Endpoint security knowledge
Confirmed understanding and hands-on expertise with networking products and technologies across the routing, switching, and security domains
Must be able to multi-task and be motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenges
Maintain 4+ vendors product technical certifications
Strong interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills with experience in customer-facing sales activities
Proven technical capabilities, an ability to learn quickly, and apply skills on new protocols and applications
Excellent communication skills within a team, cross-teams, service SLA is within 30 minutes

Preferred

Proficient understanding of emerging technology areas. This includes Virtualization, VMWare, OpenStack, Contrail, VNF, and Container solutions
Familiarization Command Line Interface (CLI), Linux hands-on experience is a plus
Networking industry certification
