Responsibilities
Partner with sales to drive successful deals and customer outcomes, ultimately increasing our number of enterprise customers
Collaborate internally to maintain our external security documentation, demo environments and serve as a Sales Team liaison for product requests
Lead qualified product demos and pre-sales process for prospective customers
Support solution selling and work cross-functionally with customers and internal partners to find solutions
Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, communicate client needs to R&D teams
Lead and successfully execute POCs and POVs, building trust and collaboration with key technical stakeholders, to drive successful completion of engagements.
Aid and help secure technical, business, and security wins.

Required
3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company; 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role
Strong understanding of MarTech, Customer Engagement or Messaging technologies
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical understanding around APIs, SDKs, Databases, Servers
Experience with API integrations
Ability to work effectively cross functionally, helping to surface customer needs and enable our product and engineering teams to prioritize.
