Responsibilities

Partnering with the sales team to design and deliver tailored product solutions that meet client-specific needs and challenges.

Engaging with clients in a consultative manner, explaining technical concepts and positioning Runa’s products as the solution to their business problems.

Applying your technical expertise in product integration, API development, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on product features, enhancements, and roadmap priorities based on client feedback.

Using data-driven insights to continually refine technical approaches and improve the overall customer experience.

Playing a key role in high-impact sales deals, contributing to the negotiation process and demonstrating the technical value of Runa's offerings.

Required

Significant experience within the Fintech / Payments space.

A proven track record of success in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role, with a focus on complex, B2B SaaS or fintech products.

Strong technical knowledge in API development, software integrations, or cloud-based solutions, with the ability to translate these into client benefits.

Ability to build strong client relationships through consultative engagement and effective communication.

A strategic mindset, paired with technical skills, that allows you to align solutions with business objectives.

Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, and ability to balance technical problem-solving with high-impact sales opportunities.

Collaborative nature, working seamlessly with both internal teams and clients to drive successful outcomes.
