Responsibilities
Report to the VP Sales & Customer Success.
Work remotely, with occasional need to travel.
Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success team members.
Become an expert on all technical aspects of the SiteCapture product and be able to clearly communicate and answer questions from an often non-technical audience, including how to apply the product to solve specific customer needs.
Work directly with customers during the sales, onboarding and expansion stages to answer their technical questions, propose and implement solutions to meet their needs, and support them in building integrations with other systems.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure customers are using the product in the most effective way.
Work closely with Customer Support in diagnosing and solving technical issues for customers, and act as a liaison between Customer Support and Engineering Team as needed.
Implement more complex solutions for customers through SiteCapture product configuration tools.
Help customers design and build integrations into their other cloud systems or internal applications using our APIs, our Zapier Application and our direct integrations to Salesforce and other platforms.
Help maintain product demonstration and test sites and make recommendations for improvements based on different use cases as we continue to expand our business.
Assist in the development of customer proposals and training and support materials for complex product use (integrations, estimating/service database features, vendor connections, etc.).
Provide customer feedback to the product management team to help drive the product roadmap.
Work closely with SiteCapture partner program leadership, partners, their pilot program customers, and our internal development resources to manage partner onboarding, integration development and pilot program projects.
Meet remotely with internal and external contacts.

Required
5+ years as a sales or solutions engineer in the SaaS industry
5+ years working with complex, highly configurable SaaS products (Mobile and Cloud based software experience preferred)
5+ years working directly with customers to configure SaaS products to meet their needs
3+ years experience supporting technical integrations using REST APIs
1+ years using Zapier to build integrations
Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage projects, wear multiple hats where needed and comfortable pulling in resources across any SiteCapture team
Excellent communicator, with an ability to explain complex technology to a non-technical audience
Independent self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate - able to reach across the organization to get things done
Day to day experience with online meeting tools (i.e. Zoom and Gong) as well as calendar management.
Familiarity with project management software and project reporting tools
Computer Science or other technical degree is required
Preferred
Mobile and Cloud based software experience preferred
Experience in construction, real estate, energy or other field service verticals is a plus
