Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for LED display projects in the sports and entertainment industry, including material, labor, and overhead.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure project needs are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Attend pre-bid meetings to gather essential project information.

Review, analyze, and evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to understand project requirements.

Participate in post-bid presentations to effectively communicate project solutions and address client inquiries.

Work closely with the sales team to identify project win themes and unique value propositions.

Provide input to develop competitive and compelling proposals.

Ensure a smooth transition of projects from the sales team to the operations team, providing detailed project scopes and estimates.

Support operations during the project kick-off phase as needed.

Required

Experience with LED display technology is strongly recommended

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in the LED fixed installation industry.

Strong knowledge of RFP processes and bid preparation.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
