Responsibilities

Serving as the main point of contact for complex implementation projects with larger clients

Understanding data dependencies and assisting in resolving data issues

Problem-solving and coordinating data integration with clients and Customer Success Managers

Working with customers to understand specific needs, special situations, and use cases, then identifying and implementing solutions

Continuously engaging with customers to maintain project momentum, generate buy-in, and drive adoption

Discovering and documenting challenges and areas for improvement within processes and products

Continuously defining and documenting problems and challenges faced by partners

Assisting the product team with quality assurance and product improvements

Driving adoption and usage throughout the implementation period

Required

Strong project management skills (understanding task dependencies and managing tasks)

Strong stakeholder management skills

5+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment

Ability to work with data feeds, review data files, identify issues, and perform actions on data (including large-scale spreadsheet manipulation)

Confidence in presenting to district stakeholders

Clear and concise communication skills — the ability to translate product and engineering jargon into simple and understandable customer communications

A positive attitude, maintaining optimism in high-stress situations

Proactive and entrepreneurial, eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — knowing when and how to find the right information when needed
