Responsibilities
Develop clear, compelling messaging that communicates the value of the HyperWorks platform to target audiences.
Create a variety of content, including solution flyers, customer stories, whitepapers, ebooks, video scripts, and web copy, tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey.
Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
Produce internal resources and guides to enable sales teams and support consistent messaging across marketing channels.
Monitor industry trends and customer insights to ensure messaging aligns with market needs and challenges.
Work with marketing activation teams to ensure content is effectively deployed across campaigns and channels.
Support the creation of buyer personas by providing insights into customer needs and preferences.
Maintain and refine solution positioning and competitive differentiation through ongoing analysis and feedback.
Provide input for web and digital strategy by ensuring messaging resonates with key industry segments and personas.
Act as a brand steward, ensuring all content aligns with Altair’s voice, tone, and positioning.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or a technology-related field.
3-5 years of industry or product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B marketing.
Strong writing and presentation-building skills.
Precise communicator and confident storyteller.
End-to-end, detail-oriented project management capabilities.
Strong business acumen with a collaborative and creative mindset.
Ability to develop strategies to drive demand and awareness within specific target segments or verticals.
Experience working across business units to connect with sales resources, customer success, and product management.
Preferred
Understanding of AI/ML, HPC, and cloud computing concepts to effectively integrate and support messaging across Altair's broader platform portfolio.
Expertise or fluency in solutions marketing, with a focus on messaging and content development.
Prior experience with CAE design and simulation software.
Familiarity with marketing electronic systems, electromagnetics, and electrical engineering software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience leveraging industry trends and customer insights to refine strategies and content.
Demonstrated ability to produce messaging frameworks and content strategies that align with broader marketing initiatives and team objectives.
