Responsibilities
Responsible for defining and delivering the largest and most complex solution proposals.
Creation and communication of solutions to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions.
Ensure solution/design remains in alignment with requirements and nsc capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and expertise during the transition, through to implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the transition into business as usual.

Required
Aligned or embedded into nsc strategic customers.
Responsible for defining and delivering the largest and most complex solution proposals.
Creation and communication of solutions to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that transition flawlessly into delivery meeting customer business needs.
Team leader with visionary leadership and the ability to co-ordinate teams.
Recognised as credible working at director level to understand their business and commercial issues and both influences and contributes with key insights.
Development and delivery of solution commercials and cost models including margin and forecast projections for internal approval.
Works closely with delivery teams to ensure solution/design remains in alignment with requirements and nsc capabilities.
Continuing to provide technical guidance and expertise during the transition, through to implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the transition into business as usual.
Keen interest to stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Experienced in a wide range of technology areas.
Experienced in all areas of the solution life cycle including SOW and Cost Model creation.
Experience with an IT portfolio which includes Field Services, Integrated Service Desks, Intelligent Dispatch, Remote Monitoring and Management, Network Management, Performance Management, Maintenance Solutions ranging from Labor Only, Depot Services (Parts Only), Full Parts and Labor, Custom Solutions, Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, Resource Solutions as a Service, IT Service Desk.
Well-developed communication skills.
Customer and business focused.
Well-developed consulting skills.
Technical Leadership.
Extensive and in-depth knowledge of IT.
Effective working relationships with customer's IT management, nsc sales and transition management members.
Good understanding of market in the field of IT Service Integration and Telco.
