Responsibilities

Proactively identify candidates through relevant social media channels to define appropriate prospects based upon the needs of the customer.

Identify candidates/clients through job board databases, online job orders and existing candidate to define appropriate prospects based upon the needs of the customer.

Establish initial contact with prospect and conduct preliminary qualification interviews as required.

Package candidates in accordance with corporate standards and focus on the pipelining of candidates to Internal recruiters.

Serve as subject matter expert for LinkedIn Recruiter.

Utilize innovative search techniques to expedite focused candidate discovery.

Observe, receive, and otherwise obtains prospect and job opening information from all relevant sources.

Identify and recommend emerging technologies, platforms and social media channels for talent acquisition.
