Responsibilities

RFQs (Request for quote) - Issue, Approve, Follow-up

Process Tooling Authorization Forms (TAF)

Update Sourcing Trackers

Update Costing on Purchase Orders

Support PCOG creation - Pulling cost from system

Support for cross-functional meetings

Prep work for Cost Rolls/ Approve to Buys (ATB)

Check Workflows for Components

Issue tickets to Tech Support as needed

Formula Cost Sheets

Beauty Change Management support

Moderate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in Supply Chain Management / Sourcing/ Vendor Management/ Beauty Manufacturing would be a plus

Experience with SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, or other ERP systems is beneficial
