Responsibilities
Gather and analyze vendor quotes for new business.
Follow up on information related to RFQ process with vendors.
Track raw material adjustments and execute system updates.
Resolve invoice discrepancies.
Assist with the development of target costs for new products.
Validate final cost to target cost.
Maintain and extract data in business systems.
Analyze cost increase requests.
Generate RFQ database reports.
Create and maintain documents supporting business-related needs and meetings.
Assist with new vendor set-up and onboarding.
Maintain vendor profiles and capabilities.
Participate in tactical vendor relationship discussions.
Develop an understanding of vendors, vendor capabilities, and cross-functional teams.
Track vendor performance and scorecard results, and execute follow-up actions as required.

Required
Bachelor's degree or substantial relevant experience
Strong skills in cost analysis, collaboration, and a critical eye for detail
Experience in sourcing, using Excel, and cross-functional collaboration
