Responsibilities

Collaborate with the National Producer Recruiting team to build the top of the funnel by developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber sales professionals.

Utilize recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Phenom for sourcing and recruitment purposes.

Demonstrate superior research and sourcing skills and a willingness/enthusiasm for cold calling.

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Exhibit a self-starter attitude with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency.

Required

2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience in a sales environment or in agency recruiting.

Superior research and sourcing skills and a willingness/enthusiasm for cold calling is essential.

Ability to leverage recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Phenom

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency is a must.

Preferred

Recruitment experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is ideal

Exceptionally strong analytical ability and superior work ethic

Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
