Responsibilities
Work closely with Presidio Inside Sales teams across various regions to provide comprehensive customer transactional support.
Resolve billing errors and collaborate with the collections team to address credit and billing issues that could prevent the processing of customer transactions.
Coordinate with the RMA team to expedite product returns, replacements, and repairs.
Work with customers and logistics partners to resolve challenges, ensuring timely delivery of products across different geographical areas.
Provide detailed fulfillment updates and status reports to customers, account managers, project managers, and vendors, ensuring clear communication across all teams.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve any vendor-related issues that arise in different regions.
Support escalations beyond the scope of the role by routing them to the appropriate parties in Presidio for swift resolution.
Respond to and route ad hoc customer data requests and issues, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Provide additional support to Account Managers, Customers, and internal Presidio teams as needed.
Serve as the intermediary between the Sales Team and Business Operations Teams across multiple regions to deliver excellent customer service.
Participate in sales operations meetings as required, providing insights from various geographical areas.
Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they are equipped to support multiple regions.
Receive work direction from department leadership but is responsible for prioritizing work based on sales allocation, geographic needs, and logistics of work orders.

Required
Proven experience in sales quoting.
Flexible schedule to assist in resolving high-priority issues during peak periods.
Proficiency in the English language and reading comprehension.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and online sales and quoting tools.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle process across multiple regions.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization, especially when dealing with geographically dispersed teams.
A drive for achievement, attention to detail, adaptability/flexibility, analytical thinking, and dependability.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience and/or military experience.
3+ years of experience in sales support and/or customer service with exposure to multiregional operations, preferably for a technology channel sales partner.
