Developing schedules for pharmacists according to demand

Editing schedules as needed

Diligently maintaining the schedule integrity

Managing PTO

Ensuring compliance with company policies

Data entry skills

Required

One - Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Experience in Pharmacy, HR, receptionist, medical scheduling, dispatcher, OR logistic background.

Able to work M-F 8a-5p PST or MST.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Be comfortable with speaking to market directors and leadership.

Proficient in MS suite.

Able to multi-task.

Associate's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 1 year's experience in operations, retail, project management, or relevant area.
