Developing schedules for pharmacists according to demand

Meticulously editing them as needed

Diligently maintaining the schedule integrity

Managing PTO

Ensuring compliance with company policies

Contributing to the efficient functioning of the scheduling system

Required

One - Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Experience in Pharmacy, HR, receptionist, medical scheduling, dispatcher, OR logistic background.

Able to work M-F 8a-5p PST or MST.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Be comfortable with speaking to market directors and leadership.

Proficient in MS suite.

Able to multi-task.

Associate’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 1 year’s experience in operations, retail, project management, or relevant area.
