Responsibilities
Facilitate individual and systemic quality of care investigations
Monitor and evaluate tracking and trending of reportable incidents and quality of care events
Organize and manage quality monitoring activities, including audits and assessments
Create and implement business documentation, including policies and procedures
Collaborate with management to identify and address gaps in processes

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare with at least 1 year in health plan quality improvement or managed care
Demonstrated experience with Quality, HEDIS, RA, or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Visio, etc.)
Strong business writing skills
Preferred
Preferred field: Clinical Quality, Public Health, or Healthcare
2 years of project coordination experience
Ability to work effectively with executive audiences, vendors, providers, and government entities
Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ) certification
Nursing License (RN may be preferred for specific roles)
