Responsibilities
Facilitate individual and systemic quality of care investigations
Monitor and evaluate tracking and trending of reportable incidents and quality of care events
Organize and manage quality monitoring activities, including audits of medical records and service sites
Create and implement written documentation and business practices to operationalize quality management requirements
Collaborate with management to identify and address gaps in quality management processes

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 1 year in health plan quality improvement or managed care
Demonstrated solid business writing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Visio, etc.)
Ability to work across all levels of the organization
Preferred
Preferred field: Clinical Quality, Public Health, or Healthcare
2 years of project coordination experience
Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ)
Nursing License (RN may be preferred for specific roles)
