Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the installation, maintenance, and qualification of analytical laboratory instruments and equipment within the GMP environment.
Maintain analytical laboratories in a state of permanent inspection readiness and support internal and external audits.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment to drive quality and operational excellence.
Deliver innovative solutions to complex problems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and GMP policies.

Required

BS or higher, in analytical chemistry or related field.
2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industry with experience in metrology and laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration
Experience working within a GMP environment.
Understanding of GMP policies and procedures, knowledge of regulatory standards and proven experience working with Quality systems.
Demonstrated ability for taking initiative and innovative problem solving.
Effective oral / written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team to deliver complex objectives under aggressive timelines in a rapidly changing environment.

Preferred

Experience in instrument computer system validation.
Experience in Auditing and Compliance within pharmaceutical industry, including change management and deviation management.
