Responsibilities
Ensure that sprint goals and scope are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.

Required
Experience working in Agile Methodology.
Must be able to ensure agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority.
Capable of completing independently diverse/complex work with minimal direction, diverse interactions, and knowledge resource.
4 years’ work experience as a Scrum Master.
Effective critical thinking and problem solving.
Experience with Project Management Tools (Jira).
Preferred
Professional Scrum Master Certificate (CSM/PSM I/PSM II)
